Terms of Use
Last updated
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Build an Ant Empire Wiki at https://www.buildanantempire.app ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
The site is a free, unofficial fan wiki about the Roblox game Build An Ant Empire. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Roblox Corporation or Insect Kingdom studio. Nothing on the site is an official announcement from either of them. We cannot help with Roblox accounts, purchases, refunds, bans or bugs in the game — contact Roblox support or the developer's official Discord for those.
2. Using the site
You may read, share and link to any page for personal, non-commercial use. When using the site you agree not to:
- copy or republish substantial parts of the site (for example whole pages or the ant database) without permission;
- scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it;
- use the site or its content to mislead people, for example by presenting it as official game information;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Short quotes with a link back to the page you quoted are welcome — that is how guides and videos normally cite sources.
3. Intellectual property
"Roblox", "Build An Ant Empire", the game's characters, names, artwork and screenshots are trademarks or property of their respective owners. They appear on the site only to identify and describe the game, in the way a review or guide would. The site's own original content — its text, tables, calculators, layout and code — belongs to the site's operator. Reference videos remain the property of their creators; we link to them as sources.
If you own content shown on the site and want it credited differently, changed or removed, see the contact page for what to include. We respond to valid requests promptly.
4. Things you send us
If you send us a correction, screenshot, video link or suggestion, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us permission to use it — edited if needed — to improve the site, without payment. We will not publish your name or email address unless you ask us to credit you. Do not send anything confidential or anyone else's personal information.
5. Accuracy of information
Game data on the site (ant names, rarities, prices, multipliers, rewards, codes) was recorded from gameplay footage, in-game screenshots and official Roblox listings at a particular time. The game changes with updates, and some details are marked Unconfirmed. Calculators give estimates. Always check important details in the game — especially before spending Robux. Read the full Disclaimer and our Editorial Policy.
6. Advertising and external links
The site may show ads provided by Google and its partners, and links to other websites such as Roblox, Discord and YouTube. We do not control those ads or websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Clicking an ad or link is at your own discretion. How advertising cookies work is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Younger visitors
Many people who play Build An Ant Empire are young. The site does not ask for personal information and has no chat or user accounts. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please read these terms and the Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian, and always ask them before buying Robux or anything else online.
8. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be online, free of errors, complete or up to date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site's operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including in-game losses, Robux spent or decisions made on the basis of outdated information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
